Super Easy Sourdough Crackers

With just 3 ingredients you too can make these sourdough crackers which are guaranteed to be a big hit at your next brunch or gathering!



Ingredients:

2 tbsp melted butter

200g sourdough discard

Topping (such as Everything But the Bagel, sea salt and rosemary, etc)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 and lime a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking sheet. Mix melted butter and sourdough discard. Spread a thin layer onto your baking sheet, then add your toppings. Bake for 10 minutes, remove, and score your cracker using a knife or bench scraper. Put back in the oven for 30 minutes or until your crackers are lightly golden. Enjoy!
