It's time. You've heard others rave (or have tried it yourself), and now I'm making my guacamole recipe available to you.
I've made this guacamole so many times that I don't measure, I just add little by little and taste. I like a lot of lime and a dash of hot sauce to give it a little zing, so I recommend you gradually add ingredients in, and add more to your liking. You really can't mess this recipe up, and it's so much better (not to mention easy) than store-bought.

Ingredients:
2 very ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup or less chopped red onion
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
Optional: dash of hot sauce
Directions: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until lumps are nearly gone. Mix in 1/2 of your lime juice and continue mashing until the guacamole is creamy. Mix in your red onion and cilantro, then salt to taste. If you are adding hot sauce, add a few drops to taste. Add more salt and lime if necessary.
